My story is probably very similar to yours. I've yo-yo dieted for years, tried every type of eating out there (low carb, low calorie, fat-free, paleo, etc.), and while I'd often see quick results, it was never something I could stick with or maintain.

How long do I have access?

What format is the challenge delivered in? 

Simply Nourished will be delivered as a combination of digital PDF files and will be hosted in a member's only dashboard. This means you'll be able to access the program across multiple devices and carry it with you wherever you go. The documents are also printer-friendly so if you'd like to print out your weekly plan and put it on your fridge, you can absolutely do that! 

Do I have to start when everyone else starts? 

Nope! You'll have full access to all the program materials for 12 months, so you can do this program whenever is most convenient for you. The benefit of joining us as soon as you sign up is that you'll have the support of the entire community (my team included!) -- we'll be rooting each other on, sharing photos and so much more.
