Hey there! I'm so excited that you're here. I'm Alyssa Rimmer the founder of Simply Quinoa, wellness warrior, holistic nutritionist, passionate foodie, lover of the outdoors and believer in the power of self-love. It is my mission to help women just like you enjoy nutritious and delicious foods, give you the tools to build lasting, healthy habits, and show you how to make health and wellness your lifestyle.

My story is probably very similar to yours. I've yo-yo dieted for years, tried every type of eating out there (low carb, low calorie, fat-free, paleo, etc.), and while I'd often see quick results, it was never something I could stick with or maintain.  

It wasn't until I started focusing on filling my diet with whole, real foods that the two matched up. I felt great, had tons of energy, lost weight, and it was a way of eating that never left me feeling deprived. 

And that’s exactly how I designed Simply Nourish. As a 7-day wellness solution to help you get more energy, to show you how to fuel your body with the right foods, to help you stop craving unhealthy foods, and make this a lifestyle that is easy and maintainable.

How long do I have access?

Forever! This is a plan you can come back to over and over again!

What format is the challenge delivered in? 

The 7-Day Eat Clean Program will be delivered as a digital PDF file which means you'll be able to access the program across multiple devices and carry it with you wherever you go. The document is also printer-friendly so if you'd like to print out your weekly plan and put it on your fridge, you can absolutely do that! 

Do I have to start when everyone else starts? 

This program is designed to be go at your own pace. You can start no matter where you are in your health journey and choose a time that works best for you. The plan begins on a Monday by default, but you could also just start on any day of the week and follow it for 7 days. Of course, if you join the Facebook group, we'll also be rooting you on, and you’ll be seeing photos from other Eat Clean team members! 

What is the private community all about? 

Think of this as your group of cheerleaders! It's a private group on Facebook where you can share your progress, ask questions, cheer each other on, and most importantly, it's a judgement-free zone! We're all in this together -- we're here to lift you up, inspire you, motivate you and support you! 

Are the recipes allergy-friendly? 

All of the recipes are designed to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and plant-based. There are modifications that can be made based on your dietary needs. The main goal, with all of the recipes and ingredients, is to give your body a break from processed foods that are putting strain on your internal systems and causing you to feel crummy.  

What's your refund policy? 

All sales are final. BUT we know you're going to love our program and it's yours to keep, forever! If for some reason you can't start when we go live, don't sweat it. You can come back to our program when the time is right for you!
